These Terms of Service govern your use of the CloneBuzzz Genetics website and your purchase of products from our online store. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About CloneBuzzz Genetics CloneBuzzz Genetics supplies plant clones for lawful use only. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, cultivation, and use of any product complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.
2. Age requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use this store or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Product information We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing. Plant clones are living products and may naturally vary in size, appearance, structure, and development. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted and payment has been confirmed.
4. Orders and payment An order is accepted only after payment has been received and we have confirmed the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, incorrect information was provided, or we reasonably believe the order may be unlawful or fraudulent. Prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any applicable fees are shown at checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.
6. Returns, refunds, and store credit All Clone Plant Products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or seriously compromised, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@clonebuzzzgenetics.co.za. Please provide your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. If the issue is verified, the available remedy will be store credit for the affected product only. No cash or payment-method refunds will be issued. 7. Product care and responsibility You are responsible for providing suitable handling, storage, environmental conditions, and care after delivery. We are not responsible for problems caused by unsuitable conditions, mishandling, delayed collection, courier instructions provided by the customer, or failure to follow care instructions.
8. Lawful use You may not use this website or purchase products for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with all applicable national, provincial, and local laws.
9. Website use You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the website to commit fraud or any unlawful activity.
