Shipping Policy
Order processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. We only do Deliveries on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Shipping rates
- Flat rate: R200 across South Africa
- Free shipping on orders over R3,000
- Custom orders and shipping needs to be done through email to confirm rates
- Overnight shipping needs to be arranged over email to confirm rates
Delivery estimates Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Estimates may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control. We only do Deliveries on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Discreet packaging Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.
Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Damaged, missing, or delayed orders Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, incorrect, missing, or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us as soon as possible at info@clonebuzzzgenetics.co.za. Keep the packaging and take photographs where relevant so we can investigate with the courier.
