Receiving & Unboxing Your Clones

CloneBuzzz Genetics supplies living, rooted clones ready to transplant into a larger pot. Individual plants and their packaging can vary. Open your parcel promptly and assess the plants when they arrive.

Step 1: Inspect the Parcel

Before opening, check for visible damage or moisture. If the parcel appears crushed or wet, photograph the outside before opening and keep the packaging while you assess the plants.

Step 2: Open Carefully

Open the parcel carefully without cutting deeply into it. Remove packing materials gently and locate your clones; the packaging may differ from the example photo above.

Step 3: Assess Your Clones

Look at the leaves, stems, rooting medium, and any visible roots. A living plant may show some temporary changes after transit, but do not assume that severe wilting, a soft or damaged stem, or other concerning signs are normal. Photograph anything that worries you and contact CloneBuzzz Genetics promptly so we can review it with you.

Step 4: Help Them Settle

Place the clones in a clean, sheltered environment with gentle light while they acclimatise. Check the growing medium before watering and avoid sudden changes in light, temperature, or moisture. Follow the care guidance suited to the plant and your growing conditions.

Step 5: Keep Watching

Continue checking the clones after arrival. If their condition worsens or you are unsure what you are seeing, contact us with clear photos rather than waiting for a fixed recovery window. We can review the concern and the available next steps with you.

What to Look For

  • Leaf droop or colour change: note its extent and whether it improves or worsens.
  • Rooting medium: check whether it is secure and appropriately moist.
  • Stems and leaves: document any breakage, soft tissue, or other signs of damage.
